Mumbai is the capital city of the western state of Maharashtra & also called the financial capital of India due to being the offices and workshops of many big Companies and Financial Institutions. Located on the west Coast, it is the most populous city in India after New Delhi.

history of this town reveals that it was once an archipelago of seven Islands namely, Mumbai Island, Mahim, Parel,Worli, Colaba Mazagoan and Old Woman’s island.

The city is bounded by Arabian Sea at the western side. It is known as city of dream which is famous for its Hindi language films Bollywood industry. The city tops the list related to production of films & television industry either Hindi or Marathi. Marathi is the local language spoken in Mumbai.

On the Mumbai Harbour waterfront stands the iconic Gateway of India stone arch which makes it special built by the British Raj in 1924. Mumbai's culture is a blend of traditional festivals, food, music, and theatres.

The city offers a cosmopolitan and diverse lifestyle with a variety of food, entertainment, and night life, available in a form and abundance comparable to that in other world capitals.
