Udaipur Chittorgarh and Jaipur 05N / 06D

A heritage-focused 6-day journey through Mewar and the Pink City. Covers romantic lakes, the legendary Chittorgarh Fort, holy Ajmer-Pushkar, and Jaipur’s royal grandeur.

• Day 01 : Arrive Udaipur – Transfer to hotel

  Scheduled arrive Udaipur Airport, meet our representative who will welcome and transfer to hotel.
  Overnight stay in hotel.

• Day 02 : Udaipur- Full Day Sightseeing

  Post breakfast at full day sight seeing tour of Udaipur. Visit Saheliyon–Ki–Bari – The garden for the maids of honour of the queen. Jagdish temple – dedicated to Lord Vishnu & approachable by a broad flight of steps, the shrine is a rectangular platform on the lines of Indo-Aryan style of architecture, City Palace – located aside of Lake Pichola & Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum) followed by common boat ride in lake Pichola. Evening free at leisure.
  Overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 03 : Udaipur/Chittorgarh/Ajmer / Puhskar (322 kms, 6 hrs. drive)

  Post breakfast at hotel proceed for Pushkar via Chittorgarh & Ajmer. Enroute explore Chittorgarh, one of the prime locations of Chittorgarh is Chittorgarh Fort (The largest fort of India and former capital of Mewar, this fort lies on a hill-top and has several palaces, gates and two towers). The fort’s major highlights are Kirti Stambh, Vijay Stambha, Rana Kumbha Stambha, Fateh Prakash Palace, Gaumukh Reservior and Padmini’s Palace.
  
  Later depart for Pushkar. Enroute visit Ajmer to pay obeisance to the Dargah of Hajrat Kwaja Moinuddin. Arrive Pushkar. Check into hotel.
  Overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 04 : Pushkar/Jaipur (140 kms, 2hrs 30 min drive)

  Post breakfast explore Pushkar where you will be visiting Brahma Temple and Pushkar Lake. Later depart for Jaipur. Check into hotel. Evening free to explore the local bazaars of Jaipur.
  Overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 05 : Jaipur – Full Day Sightseeing

  Post breakfast proceed for Jaipur Sightseeing including Amber fort to see the fabulous Amber Fort. En-route to Amber you will stop and see the `Palace of Winds’, otherwise known as Hawa Mahal. It is really an elaborate facade behind which the ladies of the court used to watch the daily goings on in the street below.
  
  Afternoon visit City Palace, a famous landmark that is expanded over a large area followed by visit of Jantar -Mantar or Astronomical Observatory made by the Maharaja of Jaipur. It has also been included in the world heritage lists. You will also have the opportunity to wander in the local markets where you can shop for souvenirs, traditional Rajasthani attires, skilful art craft of the region etc.
  
  In the evening proceed to Chokhi Dhani , meaning ‘special village', is a mock Rajasthani village 20km south of Jaipur, and is a fun place to take kids. There are open-air restaurants, where you can enjoy a tasty Rajasthani thali, plus a bevy of traditional entertainment – dancers, acrobats, snack stalls – and adventure-park-like activities for kids to swing on, slide down and hide in. You can buy the tickets for entrance and taste the Rajasthani Thali. Late night back to hotel.
  Overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 06 : Jaipur Airport / Rly station transfer

  Take breakfast at hotel and spend time at leisure until scheduled transfer to Airport to board the flight for onward destination.
  Tour ends with happy memories.
