Cross Khardung La to Nubra Valley for 2 nights: Hunder sand dunes + double-hump camel rides, Diskit Monastery, and a day trip to Turtuk village at the Pakistan border. • Day 01 : Pick up from Jammu Rly station – drive to Sonmarg (320 Kms, 8 /9 Hrs drive)

  This morning pick up from Jammu Rly station and depart for Sonmarg situated at an altitude of 9000 ft. is also called as "The meadow of gold" has at its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley a bounds with trout and mahseer. On reaching check into hotel. If time available enjoy the beauty of snow capped mountain.

• Day 02 : Sonmarg – Kargil (125 Kms, 5 Hrs drive)

  Post breakfast explore Sonmarg is famous for its stunning natural beauty, particularly its meadows, glaciers, and proximity to the Himalayas. It's a popular destination for trekking, fishing, and enjoying the serene scenery. The Thajiwas Glacier is a major attraction, accessible by trek or pony ride. Sonmarg also serves as a gateway to Ladakh and the Amarnath Cave, making it a popular base for those undertaking the Amarnath. You may take local Taxi or Pony (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year.
  
  Later in the afternoon drive to Kargil. Continue your journey towardsKargil and passing over Zojila Pass. Stop at Drass, the 2nd coldestinhabitant place in the World. Then drive along the Grass River tillone arrivesatKargil. In the evening arrive and check into hotel.

• Day 03 : Kargil – Alchi (160 KMS, 5 Hrs drive)

  Take breakfast at hotel and check out to depart for Alchi is a village in the Leh district of Ladakh. It is located in the Likir tehsil, on the banks of the Indus River 70km downstream from the capital Leh. Unlike the other gompas in Ladakh, Alchi is situated on lowland, not on a hilltop. On reaching check into hotel.
  Overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 04 : Alchi – Sightseeing / Sham Valley Tours / Leh

  After breakfast check out and visit Alchi Monastery or Alchi Gompa is a Buddhist Monastery. Later enjoy sightseeing with excursion to Shyam Valley sightseeing including Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Shahib, Magnetic Hill followed by Sangam Area (Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar River). By Evening arrive Leh and check into hotel. Rest of time free at leisure.

• Day 05 : Leh – Full Day Sightseeing )

  Post breakfast at hotel whole day engaged in visit to the monasteries (104 Kms). Visit the Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis monasteries and SindhuGhat& 03-Idiot School.
  Back to hotel.Dinner & Overnight at Leh Hotel.

• Day 06 : Leh to Khardongla Pass - Nubra Valley

  After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley, also known as Valley of flowers via Khardungla, the highest motorable road in the World, (18,380 ft). On your arrival in Nubra Valley check in the hotel / camp. After enjoying lunch proceed to enjoy walk on the banks of Shayok River. You can also enjoy a ride on double humped camel on the Sand Dunes between Deskit&Hundur Village. In the evening visit to diskit monastery.
  Dinner & Overnight at Hotel / Camp.

• Day 07 : Nubra Valley to Turtuk & Hunder

  After an early breakfast we drive to Turtuk, and a lot of other small villages, were brought under Indian control after the 1971 war, when the Indian army pushed the Pakistani soldiers past the mountains towering the Nubra Valley. Turtuk lies at the extreme corner of the Indian border, and hence its accessibility is a challenge. Due to treacherous roads and sensitive army base camps, permits were not issued to Indian civilians until late 2010. Although the roads are marred by landslides and shooting stones, the 3 hour drive from Hunder to Turtuk is nothing less than exceptional. Throughout the journey, one has the company of Shyok, as well as the vistas, that define the barrenness which is characteristic to Ladakh.
   After visiting we drive back to our camp or Hotel in Nubra Valley for Overnight stay.

• Day 08 : Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake

  Post breakfast check out and depart to Pangong Lake via Shayok River. Shayok River originates from the high altitudes of Rimo Glacier. The water of the river is crystal clear and its scenery feels like a beautiful painting that has come to life. You must visit this river to feel relaxed and away from your daily routine. After a visit to the river, you will head to Pangong Lake. Once you reach your campsite, get settled in and take some rest. In the evening, spend some leisure time at the lake and enjoy some quiet time with your family and loved ones. End your day with some steaming hot dinner and an overnight stay at the campsite.
  Night Stay in Tented Accommodation.

• Day 09 : Pangong Lake – Leh (170Kms, 5/6Hrs drive)

  After Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery (Big Buddha), where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and later drive back to Leh.
  Dinner & overnight at Leh.

• Day 10 : Leh Airport Departure/ Delhi ( By Flight)

  Early morning scheduled transfer to Leh Airport to board the flight for onward journey.
  Tour Ends with happy memories.
