Cover Rajasthan’s “Golden, Blue & Pink Cities” in 5 days with a special overnight desert experience. This route gives you forts, palaces, havelis, and a night under the stars in the Thar.

• Day 01 : Arrive Jodhpur Airport– drive to Jaisalmer (260Kms, 6Hrs drive)

  Upon arrival at Jodhpur Airport/ Rly station, meet our representative / driver and depart by surface for Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is a tiny jewel in the heart of the Thar, the Great Indian Desert. On arrival check into Hotel.
  Take Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 02 : Jaisalmer – Sightseeing / Sam Sand Dune Village

  After breakfast check out the resort and proceed to city. On reaching proceed for city sightseeing of Jaisalmer covering Jaisalmer Fort – built on the highest point of the Tricuta hill, Sun Gate. Outstanding features are Megh Durbar & various temples, Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli & Patwon–Ki-Haveli – some of the beautiful mansions with stone carving and lattice work of breath taking intricacy.
  
  Later in the afternoon proceed to Sam Sand Dune Village and check into Tented Resort in Sam Dune Village. After some rest enjoy the great thar desert and enjoy camel ride followed by Rajasthani Folk Dance and Dinner. Apart from the camel ride , you can enjoy many additional adventure activities like Jeep safari (at your own cost).

• Day 03 : Sand Dune Village (Jaisalmer) – Jodhpur (290Kms, 5.6 Hrs drive)

  Take breakfast in the resort / camp and spend time at leisure until check out and depart for Jodhpur. On reaching explore the city of Jodhpur is the second largest city in the state of Rajasthan which once served as the seat of Marwar Kingdom. The City was founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, a Rajput Chief of the Rathore Clan. Located in Thar Desert is also known as Sun City for the Bright and Sunny weather all round the year and is now a popular tourist destination featuring exquisite Palaces , Fort and Temple scattered in the entire city. Start the sightseeing and visit Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada and Clock Tower etc. Evening visit the local markets / village to experience the way of life of villagers. Back to hotel.
  Overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 04 : Jodhpur – Jaipur (350 Kms, 6 Hrs drive)

  After morning breakfast check out an depart for Jaipur. In the afternoon arrive and check into hotel. Rest of time free at leisure.

• Day 05 : Jaipur – Sightseeing / Airport Departure

  Post breakfast check out the hotel and proceed for sightseeing including Amber fort to see the fabulous Amber Fort. En-route to Amber you will stop and see the `Palace of Winds’, otherwise known as Hawa Mahal. It is really an elaborate facade behind which the ladies of the court used to watch the daily goings on in the street below. Afternoon visiting the City Palace, a famous landmark that is expanded over a large area as it occupies one seventh of the city. Walk to the adjacent Jantar Mantar or Astronomical Observatory made by the Maharaja of Jaipur. It has also been included in the world heritage lists. You will also have the opportunity to wander in the local markets where you can shop for souvenirs, traditional Rajasthani attires, skilful art craft of the region etc. Rest of time free at leisure. Later scheduled transfer to Airport Rly station to board the flight/ train for onward destination.
